This series of photos shows the UCCS ROTC Honor Guard, which participated in the symbolic raising of the POW-MIA flag.
The ceremony involved lowering the American and Colorado Flags, attaching the POW-MIA Flag, then raising all three flags to the top and lowering the flags back to half mast.
