RF-101 On The Ground

The USAF caption on the back reads:

K 28721 – A U.S. Air Force RF-101 Voodoo reconnaissance aircraft taxis along a runway at Tan Son Nhut Air Base in South Vietnam, July 1967.

U.S. AIR FORCE PHOTO

I’m guessing its taxiing on a taxiway.  Tan Son Nhut was an extremely busy airport, so you normally cleared the runways ASAP.  The underside of the nose cone angles down at about 45-degrees to accommodate a forward looking camera.  About halfway aft toward the cockpit, you can see another square window that offered a side view for cameras.  There likely was another window pointed downward in that same area.

RF-101s were stationed at Tan Son Nhut AB, South Vietnam and at Udorn RTAFB, Thailand, and perhaps at another base or two.
