Trucks Destroyed 1966
This caption was on the back of the photo. (I’ve
corrected a couple of typos.)
95761 USAF – TRUCKS DESTROYED….During a night
photographic mission an Air Force RF-4C Phantom Swooped low to take this
battle photo of three Viet Cong trucks. Threes
stand stark and barren from the fire which enveloped the trucks after being
hit by Air Force planes.

Perhaps these were Viet Cong trucks.
More likely, in the spring of 1966, these trucks had been destroyed in
Laos, but that secret war was not acknowledged in the mid-sixties.
