We visited a wheelchair factory at Khon Kaen, where the TLC Brotherhood/Udorn VFW Memorial Post 10249 sometimes purchase wheelchairs for the needy. Forrest Williams says one of the problems is they need a design with balloon tires to be more effective out in the villages.
