Charge d'Affaires Karen Stewart and TLCBer Jim Michener look on as John Sweet makes a $1,600 presentation to Marit Kolshus, a representative of the Women's International Group. The WIG helps with about a dozen schools in the Vientiane, Laos area. The TLC Brotherhood $1,600 should provide for two more schools for a school year.
NOTE: The WIG group decided that working with us with our connections to the US Military in our earlier lives might compromise their ability to work in Laos, so they ended up returning the $1,600.
