The band marched forth to the tune of The Longest Day playing the new instruments presented by the TLC Brotherhood/VFW Memorial Post 10249 as a special gift last Christmas. . All music was memorized and the band entertained us with a virtually flawless marching/concert performance for more than 20 minutes. As a veteran of a high school marching band, I was quite impressed by how well these youngsters did. We can all be proud of our role in helping these youngsters have a fuller life.
