PACAF (Pacific Air Forces) Tactics & Techniques Bulletins During the War in Southeast Asia, PACAF (Pacific Air Forces) prepared a series of Tactics & Techniques Bulletins to share information of interest to combat units. The 6002 Stan/Eval Gp. at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa published and distributed the bulletins. During my research at the Air War College, I copied excerpts from several that covered subjects on Forward Air Controllers and on aircraft involved in air operations against the Ho Chi Minh Trail through Laos in 1966-1968. Downloadable Copies of PACAF Tactics & Techniques Bulletins. In most cases I've set the cover page as a jpg file. These are fairly short, so you might want to just copy the text from the bulletin instead of downloading the whole file with that cover page.
